The wind surrounds me
Holds me
Just like your arms used to be

The wind cuts at my face tares at my eyes
Yet it loves me, wants me there, needs me there
Unlike you

The wind is cold, like blades against my skin
But I'll kiss the wind, I'll love the wind
She'll always be there, with the sweetest symphony
Harmonious and beautiful

She cooled me, cradled me when I burned
As you destroyed and crippled
She healed me when I was hurt
Trying to repair the damage you had done

I will return to the wind
For she tells no lies
Some one like you would never understand
You can't even compare to her
All you can do is make me burn and corrode
All you can do is lie.





-I wrote that back in January...I'd like some ones opinion on it. Don't think all my writing is dark and dramatic like this though. I just tend to vent in my writing and sometimes this happens.
